ULTRA LOW EMISSION ZONE (ULEZ) CENTRAL LONDON
From the 8th April 2019, the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) will come into force in Central London covering the same area as the Congestion Charge. Most vehicles including cars, vans and minibuses will be subject to a daily charge (unless exempt).The daily charge runs from midnight to midnight, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
ULEZ charges are:
£15.00 per day for most vehicles, including cars, vans (up to and including 3.5 tonnes GVW) and minibuses.
£100.00 for Lorries over 3.5 tonne GVW.
You can pay the charge in advance (online), on the day the vehicle is driven into the zone, or the following day. Payment can also be made by telephone. Transport for London 0343 222 2222.
Penalty charges apply for non payment within the deadline.
To check if ULEZ charge applies to your vehicle, enter your registration at
tfl.gov.uk/modes/driving/ultra-low-emission-zone/check-your-vehicle.
Please note if driving within the ULEZ it is the customer`s responsibility to pay the ULEZ charge where applicable. London Vehicle Hire Ltd. will not be responsible for any charges or penalties imposed, refer to Conditions of agreement with Hirer.

In June 2015 the DVLA abolished the paper counterpart of the Driving Licence. You can share your record with us using the DVLA website. You will need your National Insurance number. The summary sheet is needed to hire a vehicle on London Vehicle Hire’s Insurance
